Megan Kenyon is originally from Michigan, where she and her younger three siblings were started on their homeschool journey by her parents, Mark and Cindy Kenyon, in 1998. They moved to St. Louis in 2000, and since then have been active in several area homeschool groups. She graduated with the C.H.E.F. group in 2008, and has since that time been pursuing both art and theology in higher education, graduating St. Louis Community College Meramec with her Associates of Fine Arts in 2012, and graduating with Honors from Central Christian College of the Bible with a Bachelors of Religious Studies in Christian Leadership with a minor in Pastoral Counseling in 2016. She is a practicing artist, and has taught art to homeschoolers (two classes for Homelink in 2008-2009), and to college students at Central Christian College of the Bible as part of an internship program. She is currently grad student at Fuller Seminary, pursuing her Master’s in Theology and the Arts. Megan has a passion for students to discover who they are, and how they can impact the world around them, while developing an integrity and compassion that comes from the Gospel and is desperately needed in this world. Her goal is to become a college professor someday, and maybe, just maybe, be a famous painter!
